On Tuesday, September 21, the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunar calendar, much of the world celebrated the harvest by eating mooncakes and joining with their families under the glow of a full moon. At HWIS, students made mooncakes in a hands-on, fun activity! Thank you to our NY parent association for treating each child to a mooncake to enjoy!
