New Jersey Families
HudsonWay Immersion School is unique for its intimate, diverse and supportive community of leaders, staff, parents, alumni and students.
We bring our community together each year for events such as the traditional Autumn Moon picnic, Chinese New Year performance, Hispanic Heritage Month, Spanish Winter show, and Arts Festival.
Parents are as essential to the success of our school as the students.
All parents and guardians of enrolled students are members of the HudsonWay Immersion School Parents Association (HWISPA). We welcome you to get involved as an officer, committee chair, event coordinator, class parent, or volunteer for upcoming events and activities. Please go to the HWISPA NJ website to stay informed about school events and participation opportunities.
A Message from Our HWISPA President
Dear HudsonWay NJ Families,
Welcome everyone for the 2023-2024 school year! I am very happy to be serving as HWISPA President for the 2nd year of my term.
I look forward to working together with you to build an engaged school community and to support the school in creating an outstanding learning environment for the students and teachers. This year’s HWISPA Officers and Committee Chairs have been busy planning an active and exciting school year. We look forward to getting to know you as, we hope, you get involved and attend school functions and classroom celebrations.
If you are interested in helping us plan events or have suggestions about how we can better serve your community, please contact us by email at HWISPA-NJ@hwis.org or speak to myself or any of the HWISPA Board members in person at school drop-off, pick-up, or any event.
