HWIS Spring Break Camp – March 17-21, 2025

Preschool Camp (Ages 2.5-5) – Language Immersion + Cultural Activities
Our Preschool Spring Break Camp will run from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM each day, with aftercare available until 6:00 PM offering a fun and educational experience that mirrors the regular school day.
– Morning Session: Language Immersion Camp: Students will engage in immersive language activities, fostering their language development in a dynamic and playful environment.
– Afternoon Session: Cultural Activities: Children will enjoy a variety of activities, including Chinese folk dance, zumba, cooking, outdoor play & games, and sports. These sessions will encourage creativity, physical activity, and teamwork with tons of fun!

Elementary Camps (Grades K-6) – Fun Half-day Enrichment Camps
(All of the elementary enrichment camps will be taught in English.)
Our Elementary Spring Break Camp offers students the flexibility to choose activities that interest them most during the afternoon sessions.
– Morning AM Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Sculpture Camp, Grades K-5: Campers will dive into the world of sculpture, learning about different materials and techniques to create their own 3D artwork.

– Afternoon PM Session: 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Camp Option 1: Junior Scientist, Grades K-3: Campers will dive into a wide range of science topics, including chemistry, earth science, life science, and physics. With 20 make-and-take projects, such as making super bouncing balls, moon sand, and diving submarines, this camp ensures learning through fun, hands-on experiments!
Camp Option 2: Art Camp: “Color – Pop – Explosion!”, Grades 3-6 : Campers will explore various media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed-media, while embracing the playful nature of art. Participants should be prepared for a messy, engaging experience!

Registration policy:
– Registration is offered on a first come first served basis. Spots are limited to ensure a great student to teacher ratio
– Pre-registration with payment in full is required by February 28.
– No refund is available after February 28.
– Camp may be cancelled if the minimum number of registration is not received, and a full refund will be issued.
– Priority registration is given to current HWIS students and their siblings.
