Welcome to HWIS Summer Camp, where campers ages 2–10 embark on a journey of language, learning, and fun! Choose from Mandarin or Spanish 100% immersion programs led by experienced HWIS teachers who are experts in immersive education. Our thematic, bi-weekly curriculum engages campers of all language backgrounds, making language learning interactive, dynamic, and exciting.

Camp Hours:
– Half Day: 9 AM – 12 PM (Ages 2–4)
– Full Day: 9 AM – 3 PM
– Before Care: 8 AM – 9 AM (additional cost)
– After Care: 3 PM – 6 PM (additional cost)

New York’s Midtown West Campus:
– Outdoor field for sports, play, and exploration
– Full-size indoor gymnasium
– Dedicated preschool playroom for younger campers
– Library with Mandarin and Spanish books
– Spacious, air-conditioned classrooms equipped with air purifiers

Program Highlights:
– Thematic Learning: Each session is centered around bi-weekly themes to ensure engaging, content-rich lessons.
– Healthy Snacks: Preschool campers enjoy nutritious snacks daily. Extended day students receive an additional snack.
– Lunch Options: Campers can bring lunch from home or order from our vendor, Little Green Gourmet, with extra cost.
– Electives & Materials: Weekly electives and all necessary materials are included in the camp fees.
– Weekly Updates: Teachers provide newsletters with learning objectives and photos from the week.
– Bi-Weekly Field Trips for Kindergarten & Up (Ages 5–10): Campers will visit local museums or theme-related destinations at the end of each session, providing opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to real-world experiences.

Pricing Information
1. Regular weekly rates: $1,040 for full day, $650 for half day (only eligible for ages 2-4y)
2. Early bird weekly rates: $990 for full day, $620 for half day (only eligible for ages 2-4y)
3. Early Care weekly: $60 or $48 for week 2
4. After Care weekly: $150 or $120 for week 2
5. Week 2: July 2-5 is prorated for camp and extended care pricing

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
– Before May 1, 2025: Full or partial cancellations are subject to a 3.5% PayPal fee and a $100 administration fee per child. Families may choose to receive credits instead of a refund. These credits will cover all tuition fees paid, excluding the $100 fee per child, and are valid through the 2026 camp season. Please note that credits are non-transferable.
– After May 1, 2025: No refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of registration date, vacation, behavior dismissal, or illness.
– Missed Classes: Please note that there will be no prorated refunds or credits for missed classes.
