Lego Engineering Exploration – iCamp (Gr K-2)
HWIS partners with iCamp. Take your child’s knack for building to another level with iCAMP’s LEGO Engineering Exploration course. In this class, students will use classic LEGO pieces to solve hands-on engineering challenges, like building and stress-testing a bridge, constructing storm-proof towers, and more! Instructors will lead your little engineers through engaging and instructive builds that focus on introducing and reinforcing the engineering design process for each student. Each lesson is also paired with a narrative, explaining the need and purpose behind the simple machines, structures, and tools that the children will construct with the LEGO set.
