Age Eligibility & Enrollment Criteria
General Cut-Off Date: The age cut-off for all grade levels is September 30 of the enrolling school year.
2’s Program:
- Children must be 2 years old by September 30 to enroll.
- As a special exception, children born between October 1 and December 31 may be admitted; however, they will be required to repeat the 2’s program the following school year.
- Students may only begin attending once they have turned 2 years old.
We offer mid-year entry when space permits. Children do not need to be potty trained prior to admission.
Financial Aid
Families whose current financial circumstances may not fully support the tuition required to enroll in HWIS are encouraged to submit an application for assistance under the school’s Financial Aid program.
Payment Plans
10% deposit is required upon enrollment, the remaining tuition balance after deposit has been paid have these three payment options.
PLAN A: One payment: 100% of the Tuition paid by May, 2025 (Early payment discount available).
PLAN B: Two payments: 50% of the Tuition paid on or before June 2025; the remaining 50% paid on or before January 2026.
PLAN C: Nine equal monthly payments starting in August 2025. The final payment is in April 2026.
Discounts
a. Sibling discounts are 5% for the second child and 10% for the third (or more) children on the lesser tuition.
b. Early pay (3% discount for payment in full by May 2025) and sibling discounts will be applied to the total amount owed.
c. There is a $30 enrollment fee for one- or two-payment families and a $40 enrollment fee for monthly payment families in the Veracross system Â
