Age Criteria
Preschool students may begin at the age of 2.5 in our full-day program, now offering flexible schedules of 3 or 5 days per week. Students in preschool 2.5s, preschool 3s have the option of a half-day schedule.
Financial Aid
Families whose current financial circumstances may not fully support the tuition required to enroll in HWIS are encouraged to submit an application for assistance under the school’s Financial Aid program.
1A fee for books, educational assessment tests, technology and field trips applies for K-8 students (Kindergarten and 1st grade: $650; 2nd grade and above: $750).
Payment Plans: 10% deposit is required upon enrollment, the remaining tuition balance after deposit has been paid have these three payment options.
PLAN A: One payment: 100% of the Tuition paid by May 1 or May 15, 2024 (Early payment discount available).
PLAN B: Two payments: 50% of the Tuition paid on or before June 2024; the remaining 50% paid on or before January 2025.
PLAN C: Nine equal monthly payments starting in August 2024. The final payment is in April 2025.
Discounts
a. Sibling discounts are 5% for the second child and 10% for the third (or more) children on the lesser tuition.
b. Early pay (3% discount for payment in full by May 2024) and sibling discounts will be applied to the full amount owed.
c. Paying by credit card incurs an additional 2.95% fee.
d. For returning families there is a $25 re-enrollment fee to use the School Admin system.
