Free Webinar – Mindful Parenting
February 25, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Webinar – Mindful Parenting by Child Mind Institute
In this session, we will discuss how to bring mindfulness into your home. We will provide advice on how to implement
mindfulness techniques and teach them to your children. We will also help parents recognize the different ways that kids
act when they’re feeling anxious, and how parents can respond in a calming and helpful way. You will learn skills to help children stay calm in stressful situations, block out distractions and live in the moment, as well as how to recognize when children may need extra support.
