Hispanic Heritage Month – a Hispanic Culture celebration on October 1, 3-5pm
We invite the public to join us for a 2-hour celebration of Hispanic culture. Perfect for children and families.
Join us in a celebration of the Hispanic Culture, enjoy:
- Dance & music workshops
- Storytelling, craft and cooking
- Photo booths & Spanish food
Featuring Nieves Dance Studio, Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, City Live Music & Sabor de Mi Tierra:
• Nieves Dance Studio, a studio with 5 locations in the NY area will feature some of the many classes they offer in ballet, hip hop, salsa and music for young students.
• Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, celebrating its 20th anniversary bringing the rich diversity of Mexican culture to all, will offer a dance workshop for children at HudsonWay.
• City Live Music is offering a special tribute to Latin Music Appreciation that will inspire your little one to join in the joy of rhythm, and song in unique and inspiring ways!
• Sabor de Mi Tierra, a restaurant, offers delicious Colombian food for sale.
