Mandarin Language (Gr K-5) – HWIS Teacher Ms. Yingli Wang
Our year-long Mandarin Enrichment program is designed to ignite students’ interest and enjoyment in learning Mandarin while enhancing their listening, speaking, and writing skills. Led by our dedicated day school teachers, students will engage in interactive activities, games, music, and movement at the beginner level to build a strong foundation in Mandarin. As they progress to the advanced level, they will learn to recognize Chinese characters, read books, and write short paragraphs using various prompts and strategies. Join us for this immersive program that fosters a love for Mandarin and provides a rewarding language learning experience.

Note: Please do not enroll in this class if you require early pick up while the class is taking place. We will not be able to have staff leave other children to get a child from an enrichment class early.

Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 3:35-4:35pm
Grades: Preschool & K-5th
Cost (Annual): Tues: $1,920 for 32 Classes.  Thurs: $1,800 for 30 Classes.
