Session Themes

Summer Camp Themes 2026

1. Bee Brilliant! A Pollination & Planet Protectors Camp (June 22-July 3)
Children become Junior Beekeepers & Pollination Scientists, discovering how bees and other pollinators help grow the foods we love. Through hands-on science, nature exploration, and creative projects, campers learn the essential role bees play in a healthy planet.
Students will explore why bees and other pollinators are essential to healthy ecosystems by learning how pollination works and how flowers reproduce. Through hands-on activities such as examining and labeling flower parts, role-playing pollinators transferring pollen, and creating pollinator-friendly habitats or artwork. These experiences help students understand sustainability and how protecting ecosystems supports plant and animal life.

2. Time-Travel Tales: Adventures Through History (July 6-17)
Campers blast off on a thrilling journey through time—visiting a new era each day! From roaring dinosaurs and ancient civilizations to medieval castles and even the world of the future, children explore history through hands-on projects, stories, and imaginative play. Each adventure sparks curiosity, creativity, and language learning in an immersive and exciting way.
Students will engage in imaginative, hands-on activities that bring history and innovation to life, such as participating in dinosaur fossil digs, building pyramids or creating Roman mosaics, and engaging in knight-and-castle pretend play.

3. Brain Builders: Puzzles, Engineering & Math Adventures  (July 20-31)
Campers become real “Brain Builders” as they dive into hands-on math games, engineering challenges, and logic-based activities. From designing bridges and buildings to solving creative puzzles, children strengthen problem-solving skills while exploring how things work—all in a fun, immersive language environment.
Students will build problem-solving and engineering skills through interactive challenges such as designing and testing bridges with everyday materials, and constructing marble runs to explore ramps and gravity. Math-based games and city-building projects further encourage logical thinking, collaboration, and creative application of STEM concepts.

4. Global Growers: Farming, Food & Geography  (August 3-7)
Young campers become “Global Growers” as they dig into the world of plants, food, and farming across continents. Through hands-on activities, they explore how crops grow, taste global foods, and discover the geography and ecosystems that make each region unique. It’s a delicious journey of curiosity, culture, and connection to the natural world!
Students will explore where food comes from through hands-on and global learning experiences. They will also investigate farm-to-table practices by exploring foods from regions such as China and Mexico, learn about different farming methods around the world, and use maps to trace where foods are grown and how they travel across the globe.
