HWIS partners with Swankids to provide a combination of acrobatics and yoga into a curriculum that develops kids into agile and flexible adults, as well as providing a good rhythm and movement that can be translated to almost any physical activity. In this beginner class, children will be introduced to fundamentals such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, etc. while gaining strength, flexibility and kinesthetic awareness.
