Admissions Process for Day School Program
Step 1: Attend an Informational Session or Private Tour
Step 2: Apply to HudsonWay Immersion School
Step 3: Release Records
We require a Teacher Recommendation and Transcript Request Form from your child’s current preschool or elementary school. This form must be submitted to the school before an admissions decision can be made. *Exceptions may apply to preschool applicants.
Step 4: Schedule a Student Visit and Family Meeting
Upon receiving your completed application, we invite all student applicants to come in for a half day class visit. We also schedule a parent meeting on the same day to answer any specific questions they may have about our programs. A cognitive assessment will take place for students applying to our elementary program.
Step 5: Admissions Decision
The admissions committee carefully reviews each candidate before a decision is made. Each applicant will be notified either way via email or phone call.*For financial aid applicants: financial aid applications will be reviewed and awarded upon acceptance.
